Australian Smoked Wrap
A flavorful wrap filled with smoked chicken, lemongrass, and other Australian-inspired ingredients.
Ingredients
- β1 Australian wrap
- β2 cups, shredded Smoked chicken breast
- β2 stalks, finely chopped LemongrassAdjust to taste
- β2 tbsp Australian bush tomato chutneyHomemade or store-bought
- β2 tbsp Lime juiceFreshly squeezed
- β1/4 cup, chopped Cilantro leavesOptional garnish
- β1/4 cup, crumbled Australian feta cheeseOptional

Preheat a grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.

Add a splash of oil to the grill and cook the wrap for 30 seconds on each side.

Shred the smoked chicken breast and set aside.

In a small bowl, mix together the bush tomato chutney and lime juice.

Place a cooked wrap on a flat surface and spread a tablespoon of the chutney mixture on the center of the wrap.

Top with the shredded chicken, chopped lemongrass, and crumbled feta cheese (if using).

Garnish with chopped cilantro leaves (if using).

Fold the bottom half of the wrap up over the filling, then fold in the sides and roll the wrap up tightly.
