Smoky Polish Casserole
A hearty, smoky casserole combining polish sausage, potatoes, and caramelized onions.

- β1 large OnionsCaramelized
- β2 teaspoons Smoked paprika
- β1 teaspoon Garlic powder

- β1/2 teaspoon Black pepper

Preheat oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C).

In large skillet, cook Polish sausage over medium-high, breaking up with spoon, until browned.

Add diced potatoes, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Cook 5 minutes.
