Ingredients
- β1/2 cup Smoky BBQ sauce
- β2 cups Stir-fry vegetables (bell peppers, carrots, broccoli)any combination of your favorite stir-fry vegetables
- β1/4 cup Herbs (cilantro, basil)chopped
- β2 tablespoons Cooking oil
- β2 tablespoons Soy sauce
- β2 cloves Garlicminced

Instructions

Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add garlic and stir-fry for 1 minute.

Add stir-fry vegetables and cook until they start to soften, about 3-4 minutes.

Add soy sauce and stir-fry for another 2 minutes.

Stir in smoky BBQ sauce and cook for 1 minute.
