Smoky Beef Stir Fry
Quick and flavorful stir fry with smoky beef, vegetables, and argentinian spices.
Ingredients
- β1 pound Smoky Beef (sirloin or flank steak)Slice into thin strips
- β2 tablespoons Vegetable OilFor stir-frying
- β1 medium OnionDiced
- β1 medium Bell PepperDiced, any color
- β2 cloves GarlicMinced
- β1 teaspoon Argentinian Stir Fry Spice MixAvailable in most grocery stores or online
- β2 tablespoons Soy SauceOptional, or substitute with gluten-free alternative
- βto taste Salt and Pepper

1. Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.

2. Add the beef and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes.

3. Remove the beef from the skillet and set aside.

4. Add the diced onion and bell pepper to the skillet and cook until tender, about 4-5 minutes.

5. Add the minced garlic and cook for 1 minute.

6. Add the Argentinian stir fry spice mix and cook for 1 minute.

7. Return the beef to the skillet and stir in the soy sauce (if using).
