- β2 tbsp Brazilian-style Grill Seasoningstore-bought or homemade
- β2 tbsp Lime juicefreshly squeezed
- β1 tsp Olive oilfor brushing
- β1 medium Onionssliced
- β2 Bell pepperssliced
