- ●3 cloves garlic
- ●1 tsp smoky paprika
- ●1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- ●1 tsp tunisian spice blend
- ●2 tbsp olive oil
- ●4 cups chicken broth
- ●2 cups water

Instructions

In a large pot, heat the olive oil over medium heat.

Add the onion and garlic and sauté until softened.

Add the mushrooms and cook until they release their liquid and start to brown.

Add the smoky paprika, tunisian spice blend, and chicken broth.
