Smoky Meat Hash
A hearty breakfast dish made with smoky meat and crispy hash browns.
Ingredients
- ●1 lb Canadian Bacon
- ●2 cups Hash Browns
- ●1 tsp Smoked Paprika
- ●1 medium Onion
- ●2 cloves Garlic
- ●to taste Salt
- ●to taste Pepper
- ●2 tbsp Cooking Oil

1. Chop the onion and sauté in a pan with 1 tbsp of oil until softened.

2. Add the minced garlic and cook for 1 minute.

3. Add the Canadian bacon and cook until browned.

4. Add the smoked paprika and stir to combine.

5. Hash the cooked bacon and onion mixture with a spatula.

6. Shape the mixture into a square and press down to flatten.

7. Place under the broiler for 2-3 minutes or until crispy.

8. Meanwhile, heat the remaining 1 tbsp of oil in a pan and fry the hash browns until crispy.

9. Serve the smoky meat hash with the crispy hash browns on top.
