Smoky Irish Sausage Pie

- β1 Irish Pie Crust
- β3 cloves GarlicMinced

- β1/2 cup Cheddar CheeseShredded

Preheat oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C).

Roll out the Irish pie crust and place in a pie dish.

Cook the smoky Irish sausage in a pan over medium-high heat until browned, breaking it up into small pieces as it cooks.

Add the chopped onion and minced garlic to the pan and cook until the onion is translucent.

Season the mixture with salt and pepper to taste.

Spoon the sausage mixture into the pie crust, followed by the shredded cheddar cheese.
