Smoky Vegetable Stir Fry

- β1 cup VegetablesAssorted vegetables (bell peppers, carrots, broccoli)
- β1/4 cup Smoky SauceAvailable at most Chinese grocery stores
- β1 cup Chilled RiceCooked and chilled
- β1/4 cup Chopped ScallionsOptional garnish

Instructions

Heat a tablespoon of oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the chopped scallions and stir-fry until fragrant, about 1 minute.
