Beef and Pierogi Stir Fry
A quick and easy Chinese-inspired stir fry made with beef and pierogi. Serve as a main course or as a side dish.
Ingredients

- β1 package Pierogi
- β2 tbsp Vegetable oil
- β2 tbsp Soy sauce
- β2 cloves Garlic
- β1 tsp Ginger
- β1/4 cup Green onions
- β1 tsp Sesame seeds
Instructions

Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.

Add the beef to the skillet and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes.

Add the pierogi to the skillet and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.

In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, garlic, and ginger.

Pour the soy sauce mixture over the beef and pierogi, and stir to combine.

Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes, until the pierogi are cooked through.
