Smoky Crumbl Asparagus Frittata
A tasty and healthy breakfast dish featuring smoky crumbl, asparagus, and a hint of Algerian spices.

- β1 bunch AsparagusTrimmed
- β1/2 cup Smoky CrumblCrumbled
- β1 tsp Algerian spicesMix of cumin, coriander, and paprika
- βto taste Salt
- βto taste Pepper
- β4 Eggs
- β1/4 cup Shredded cheeseOptional

Preheat oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C).

In a large skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of oil over medium heat. Add asparagus and cook until tender, about 5 minutes.

In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, Algerian spices, salt, and pepper.

Add cooked asparagus and smoky crumbl to the egg mixture. Stir to combine.

Pour the egg mixture into a greased 9-inch pie plate.

Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the eggs are set.

Remove from oven and sprinkle with shredded cheese (if using).

Return to oven and bake for an additional 2-3 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
