Smoky Coconut Crumble Bars
A sweet and tangy dessert with a crumbly coconut crust, topped with a smoky caramel filling.
Ingredients
- β1 1/2 cups almond flour
- β1 cup coconut flakes
- β1/2 cup crumle
- β1/2 cup unsalted buttermelted
- β1/2 cup brown sugar
- β2 tbsp smokysmoked paprika
- β1 large eggbeaten
- β1 tsp vanilla extract

Preheat the oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C).

Line an 8x8 inch baking dish with parchment paper.

In a medium bowl, mix together the almond flour, coconut flakes, crumle, and 1/4 cup of the melted butter until well combined.

Press the mixture into the prepared baking dish.

In a separate bowl, mix together the brown sugar, smoky, and remaining 1/4 cup of melted butter until well combined.

Pour the sugar mixture over the crust.

In a small bowl, whisk together the egg and vanilla extract until well combined.
