Smoky Sevaiiya Canadian Pancake
A twist on traditional pancakes with the smoky crunch of Canadian bacon and Sevaiiya for a unique flavor.
Ingredients
- β1 cup diced Canadian Bacon
- β1 cup soaked and drained Sevaiiya
- β2 tablespoons Agemono
- β1/4 cup Crunchy Granola
- β2 tablespoons Smoky Maple Syrup
- β2 large Eggs
- β1 tablespoon Sugar
- β1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon
- β1 cup Milk
- β1/4 teaspoon Salt

In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, sugar, cinnamon, and milk.

Add the soaked Sevaiiya and Canadian Bacon to the bowl and mix well.

Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and add a small amount of oil.

Using a 1/4 cup measuring cup, scoop the batter onto the pan.

Cook for 2-3 minutes or until bubbles appear on the surface and the edges start to dry.

Flip the pancakes and cook for another 1-2 minutes or until golden brown.

Serve the pancakes hot with a drizzle of Smoky Maple Syrup and a sprinkle of Crunchy Granola.
