Uruguayan Smoked Sausage Fondue
A twist on traditional fondue, featuring smoky Uruguayan sausage and served with dense bread for dipping.
Ingredients

- ●2 cups, shredded Fondue Cheese
- ●1 baguette, sliced Dense Bread
- ●2 tablespoons Butter
- ●Chopped fresh parsley or chives Garnish (optional)

Bake the baguette slices in the oven at 350°F (175°C) for 5 minutes, or until lightly toasted.

In a large pot or fondue set, combine the shredded cheese and butter. Heat over low heat, stirring constantly, until melted and smooth.

Add the sliced Uruguayan smoked sausage to the cheese mixture and stir until heated through.

Transfer the fondue to a serving dish or ceramic bowl and place it near the table.
