Smoky Mexican Tagine Chicken Tacos
A twist on traditional Mexican cuisine, this recipe combines smoky tagine chicken with fresh tomatoes and portuguese spices.
Ingredients
- ●1 pound Smoky Tagine ChickenBoneless, skinless chicken breast or thighs
- ●2 medium Dense TomatoesChopped or diced
- ●1 cup Indulgent PortRed wine or port wine for marinating
- ●1 tablespoon Portuguese SpicesCumin, coriander, and smoked paprika
- ●1/4 cup CilantroChopped for garnish
- ●2 wedges LimeFor serving
- ●4-6 TortillasCorn or flour tortillas for tacos

Marinate the chicken in port wine and portuguese spices for at least 2 hours or overnight.
