Smoky Blissful Duck Breast

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

Rinse the duck breast and pat it dry with a paper towel.

Mix together smoky paprika, brown sugar, rice vinegar, and sesame oil in a small bowl.

Rub the mixture all over the duck breast, making sure to coat it evenly.

Place the duck breast on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Roast in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the duck reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).

While the duck is cooking, peel and chop the bliss sweet potatoes into 1-inch cubes.

Place the sweet potatoes on a separate baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Drizzle with a little bit of oil and toss to coat.

Roast in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the sweet potatoes are tender and lightly browned.

While the sweet potatoes are cooking, trim the green beans and place them on a separate baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
