Smoky Squash Flatbread
A flavorful flatbread topped with roasted smoky squash, perfect for a fall evening.
Ingredients

- β1 sheet flatbread
- β2 tbsp croatian olive oil
- β1 tsp salt
- β1/4 tsp black pepper
- β1/2 tsp garlic powder
- β1/4 cup, shaved parmesan cheese

Preheat the oven to 425Β°F (220Β°C).

Cut the smoky squash into 1-inch cubes and place on a baking sheet.

Drizzle with croatian olive oil, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder. Toss to coat.

Roast in the oven for 20-25 minutes, or until tender and lightly caramelized.

Meanwhile, preheat a grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.

Slice the flatbread into 4-6 pieces, depending on size. Grill for 2-3 minutes per side, or until crispy and slightly charred.
