Smoky Hash Italian Frittata
A simple and flavorful Italian-style omelette made with smoky hash browns and a hint of floral herbs.

- β1/2 cup smoky hash
- β2 eggs kenyan
- β2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley floral
- β1/4 teaspoon salt
- β1/4 teaspoon pepper
- β1/4 cup grated parmesan

Preheat the oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C).

In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, salt, and pepper.

Add the chopped parsley to the eggs and stir to combine.

In a large skillet, heat the flaky and smoky hash over medium heat.

Once the hash is heated through, pour in the egg mixture.

Cook the eggs for about 2-3 minutes, until the edges start to set.

Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the eggs are set and the frittata is golden brown.

Remove the skillet from the oven and sprinkle the grated parmesan over the top.
