Smoky Teff Pancakes
A flavorful twist on traditional pancakes, made with smoky and flaky ingredients.
Ingredients
- β1 1/2 cups teff flour
- β1 cup pancake mix
- β1/4 cup flaky sea salt
- β1 tbsp smoked paprika
- β1 cup milk
- β2 eggs
- β2 tbsp butter, melted
Instructions

In a large bowl, whisk together teff flour, pancake mix, flaky sea salt, and smoked paprika.

In a separate bowl, whisk together milk, eggs, and melted butter.

Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and stir until well combined.

Heat a non-stick skillet or griddle over medium heat.

Drop the batter by 1/4 cupfuls onto the skillet or griddle.

Cook for 2-3 minutes, until bubbles appear on the surface and the edges start to dry.
