Smoky Canadian Tart

- β1 sheet (thawed) Tart Pastryfor crust
- β1 cup, shredded Smoked Cheesesuch as Canadian smoked cheddar
- β2 tbsp Floral Honey
- β4 slices Canadian Bacon
- β1 tsp, chopped Fresh Thyme
- βto taste Salt

Roll out puff pastry to a thickness of 1/8 inch (3 mm).

Transfer pastry to a 9-inch (23 cm) tart pan with a removable bottom.
