Smoky Thai Chicken
A flavorful and aromatic dish with a perfect balance of smoky and floral notes.

- ●2 teaspoons Roast Smoked Paprika
- ●1 tablespoon Thai Red Curry Paste
- ●1/4 cup Coconut Oil
- ●1/4 cup Thai Basilchopped
- ●1/2 teaspoon Salt
- ●1/4 teaspoon Pepper

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

Rinse the chicken breast and pat it dry.

In a small bowl, mix the smoked paprika, red curry paste, salt, and pepper.

Rub the spice mixture all over the chicken breast.

Heat the coconut oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat.

Sear the chicken breast for 2-3 minutes per side, then transfer it to the oven.
