Smoky Chicken Stir Fry
A quick and flavorful stir fry made with smoky chicken, fluffy rice, and a hint of Brazilian spices.
Ingredients
- β1 lb Chicken breastboneless, skinless
- β2 tsp Smoky chicken seasoning
- β2 cups Fluffy rice
- β2 tbsp Olive oil
- β1/4 cup Brazilian stir-fry sauce
- β1 cup Bell pepperssliced
- β1 cup Onionssliced
- β3 cloves Garlicminced
- β1 tsp Salt
- β1 tsp Black pepper
Instructions

Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.

Add the chicken breast to the skillet and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-6 minutes.

Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.

Add the remaining 1 tablespoon of olive oil to the skillet.

Add the sliced bell peppers and onions to the skillet and cook until tender, about 3-4 minutes.

Add the minced garlic to the skillet and cook for an additional minute.

Add the Brazilian stir-fry sauce to the skillet and stir to combine.

Return the cooked chicken to the skillet and stir to combine.
