Pan-Seared Smoky Haddock
A simple and flavorful dish made with pan-seared haddock, served with a side of fluffy stir-fry. Perfect for a quick and easy dinner.
Ingredients
- β4 haddock filletsFresh and sustainable
- β1 tsp smoky paprikaAdditive flavor
- β1 cup flourGluten-free
- β2 tbsp vegetable oilFor frying
- β1 cup stir-fry mix (e.g. bell peppers, carrots, broccoli)Pre-chopped

- β2 tbsp fry sauce (e.g. soy sauce, vinegar)Optional
Instructions

Preheat a non-stick pan with 1 tbsp of vegetable oil over medium-high heat.

Dust the haddock fillets with flour, shaking off excess.

Add the smoky paprika to the pan and swirl to coat the bottom.

Add the haddock fillets to the pan and sear for 3-4 minutes per side, or until cooked through.

Transfer the haddock to a plate and set aside.

In the same pan, add the remaining 1 tbsp of vegetable oil and stir-fry the pre-chopped vegetables until tender.

Add the fry sauce (if using) and stir-fry for another minute.

Serve the pan-seared haddock with the fluffy stir-fry on the side.
