Turkish Lentil Stew
A hearty and comforting Turkish-inspired stew made with red lentils and a blend of aromatic spices.

- β1 medium onion
- β2 cloves garlic
- β1 tsp smoky paprika
- β1/2 tsp turkish red pepper flakes
- β2 tbsp date syrup
- β2 tbsp olive oil
- β4 cups water

Instructions

Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.

Add the onion and garlic and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.

Add the smoky paprika and turkish red pepper flakes and cook for 1 minute.

Add the lentils, date syrup, and water to the pot.
