Greek Turkey Meatballs
A twist on traditional meatballs with a hint of Greek flavor. Serve with a side of tangy tzatziki sauce.
Ingredients
- β1 lb (450g) Ground Turkey
- β1 tsp (5g) Smoky Paprika
- β1/2 cup (115g) Gooey Feta Cheese (crumbled)
- β1 tsp (2g) Greek Oregano (dried)
- β1/4 tsp (1g) Turkish Red Pepper Flakes
- β1/4 cup (30g) Breadcrumbs (gluten-free)
- β1 Egg
- βto taste Salt
- βfor brushing Stir-fry Oil

1. Preheat oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C).

2. In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, smoky paprika, gooey feta cheese, Greek oregano, Turkish red pepper flakes, breadcrumbs, egg, and salt. Mix well with your hands until just combined.

3. Use your hands to shape the mixture into meatballs, about 1 1/2 inches (3.8 cm) in diameter. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

4. Brush the top of each meatball with stir-fry oil.

5. Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until cooked through and lightly browned on the outside.

6. Serve hot with a side of tangy tzatziki sauce.
