Tomato Stir Fry
A quick and easy stir fry recipe using fresh tomatoes and smoky flavors.

- β2 large Tomatoes
- β2 tablespoons Vegetable oil
- β2 tablespoons Smoky stir-fry sauce
- β1 slice Ginger
- β1 clove Garlic
- β1 bunch Green onions
- βto taste Salt
- βto taste Pepper

Instructions

Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.

Add the ginger and garlic and stir-fry for 1 minute.

Add the tomatoes and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes, or until they start to release their juices.

Add the smoky stir-fry sauce and stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes, or until the sauce has thickened.
