Smoky Greek Oat Cakes
Crunchy oat cakes infused with smoky flavor, perfect as a snack or appetizer.
Ingredients
- β1 cup oatsrolled oats
- β2 tsp smoky Greek seasoningor to taste
- β2 eggsbeaten
- β1/2 cup grated cheddar cheeseoptional
- β1 tsp paprikasmoked
- βto taste salt

Preheat oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C).

In a large bowl, whisk together oats, smoky Greek seasoning, and salt.

In a separate bowl, beat eggs and mix in grated cheese (if using).

Add the egg mixture to the oat mixture and stir until combined.

Using a 1/4 cup measuring cup, scoop the mixture into balls and flatten slightly.

Place the oat cakes on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
