Smoky Gourd Curry

- ●2 tsp curry powder
- ●1 small bitter gourd
- ●1 medium onion
- ●3 cloves garlic
- ●2 tbsp lemon juice
- ●2 tbsp ghee
- ●to taste salt
- ●1 tsp chili powder

Heat ghee in a pan over medium heat.

Add onion and sauté until softened, about 3-4 minutes.
