Thai Smoked Mozzarella Gratin
A creamy and smoky Thai-inspired gratin dish featuring melted mozzarella cheese. Perfect for a comforting dinner or a unique dessert.
Ingredients

- β1 cup mozzarelladiced
- β2 cups gratindiced
- β2 tbsp thaichili flakes
- β2 tbsp olive oil
- β1 tsp salt
- β1 tsp sugar
- β2 eggs
- β1 cup cream

Preheat oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C).

In a medium bowl, whisk together eggs, cream, and a pinch of salt and sugar.

In a separate bowl, mix together diced mozzarella, smoky, and Thai chili flakes.

Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish with olive oil.

Add the mozzarella mixture to the prepared baking dish.
