Jamaican Chocolate Chip Crumble
A rich and satisfying dessert featuring a crunchy oat crumble topping over a decadent Jamaican chocolate chip mixture.
Ingredients

- β1/2 cup cold unsalted buttercut into small pieces
- β1 cup oat crumble mix
- β1 cup dark chocolate chips
- β2 tsp jamaican spice blend
- β1/2 cup granulated sugar
- β2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
- β1/4 tsp smoked sea salt

Preheat oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C).

In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, oat crumble mix, and smoked sea salt. Add cold butter and use a pastry blender or your fingers to work it into the dry ingredients until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.

Press half of the crumb mixture into the bottom of a 9x9-inch baking dish.

In a separate bowl, whisk together sugar, cocoa powder, and Jamaican spice blend. Add chocolate chips and stir until well combined.

Spread the chocolate mixture over the crumb mixture in the baking dish.

Top with the remaining crumb mixture.
