Smoky Roast Sausage
A hearty and flavorful dish made with smoky roast and juicy sausage, perfect for a cold evening.
Ingredients

- ●4 sausages Juicy Sausage
- ●1 loaf Croatian Bread
- ●3 cloves Garlic
- ●2 tablespoons Olive Oil
- ●1 medium Onion
- ●1 medium Carrot
- ●2 medium Potato
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

Season the roast with salt and pepper.

Heat the olive oil in a large Dutch oven over medium-high heat.

Sear the roast on all sides until browned, then set aside.

Add the sliced onion and diced carrot to the pot and cook until they start to soften.

Add the sliced potatoes to the pot and cook for 5 minutes.

Add the sausage to the pot and cook until browned.

Return the roast to the pot and transfer to the preheated oven.

Bake for 30 minutes, then reduce heat to 350°F (180°C) and continue baking for an additional 30 minutes.
