Smoky Korean Pork Jjigae
A spicy, savory Korean-inspired pork stew made with smoky pork, juicy vegetables, and a flavorful jjigae sauce.
Ingredients
- β1 pound pork shouldercut into 1-inch cubes
- β2 tablespoons smoky gochujang
- β1 tablespoon soy sauce
- β1 teaspoon sugar
- β2 cloves garlicminced
- β1/4 cup green onionschopped
- β1 cup zucchinisliced
- β1 cup bell pepperssliced

Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the pork and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.

Add the zucchini and bell peppers, and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.
