Smoky Ethiopian Stir Fry
A flavorful and spicy stir fry dish inspired by Ethiopian cuisine, featuring smoky flavors and a hint of sweetness from kiwifruit.
Ingredients

- β1 medium kiwifruit
- β1 medium onion
- β3 cloves garlic
- β1 medium red bell pepper
- β2 tbsp fry oil
- β1 tsp cumin
- β1 tsp coriander
- β1 tsp salt
- β1/2 tsp black pepper
- β1/4 tsp chili flakes
- β1/4 cup fresh cilantro
