Smoky Eastern Frittata
A smoky twist on the classic frittata, inspired by the flavors of the Middle East.
Ingredients

- β1/4 cup smokySmoked paprika
- β1/4 cup easternChopped fresh parsley and dill
- β2 frittataSliced frittata (about 1 cup)

Preheat the oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C).

In a large skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of oil over medium heat.

Add the sliced frittata and cook until lightly browned, about 3-4 minutes.

In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper.

Add the chopped parsley and dill to the bowl and stir to combine.

Pour the egg mixture over the cooked frittata in the skillet.

Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, until the eggs are almost set.
