Smoky Middle Eastern Lamb Skewers
Grilled lamb skewers with a smoky flavor, inspired by Middle Eastern cuisine. Serve with a side of couscous or pita bread.
Ingredients
- β1 pound lamb shouldercut into 1-inch cubes
- β2 tablespoons smoky eastern seasoning blend
- β2 tablespoons lemon juice
- β1/4 cup olive oilfor brushing skewers
- β2 cloves garlicminced
- β1 teaspoon paprika
- β1/2 teaspoon salt
- β1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- β1/4 cup fresh parsleychopped (optional)

2. In a large bowl, whisk together smoky eastern seasoning blend, lemon juice, garlic, paprika, salt, and black pepper.

3. Add lamb cubes to the bowl and toss to coat with the marinade.

4. Thread lamb cubes onto skewers, leaving a small space between each piece.

5. Brush skewers with olive oil and season with additional smoky eastern seasoning blend if desired.
