Smoky Salmon Soup

- β2 tbsp Peppery Miso Pastestore-bought or homemade
- β1 cup Japanese Riceshort-grain rice
- β4 cups Vegetable Brothlow-sodium broth
- β1 bunch Scallionschopped
- β2 tbsp Sesame Oilfor serving

Instructions

Heat sesame oil in a large pot over medium heat.
