Smoky Chicken Wrap
A flavorful and spicy chicken wrap filled with smoky Peruvian chicken, crunchy veggies, and creamy avocado. Perfect for a quick and easy meal.
Ingredients
- β1 cup, shredded Smoky Peruvian ChickenCooked according to the package instructions.
- β1 Large Tortilla Wrap
- β1 cup, shredded Lettuce
- β1 medium, diced Tomato
- β1/2 medium, sliced Avocado
- β1/4 medium, thinly sliced Red Onion
- β1/4 cup, chopped Cilantro
- β2 tbsp Sour Cream
- β2 tbsp Salsa
Instructions

Preheat a non-stick pan or griddle over medium heat.

Add the shredded chicken to the pan and heat until warmed through.

Warm the tortilla wrap in the microwave for 20-30 seconds or in the pan for a few seconds on each side.

Assemble the wrap by spreading the sour cream on the tortilla, followed by the shredded chicken, lettuce, tomato, avocado, red onion, and cilantro.

Drizzle the salsa over the top of the wrap.

Fold the bottom half of the wrap up over the filling, then fold in the sides and roll the wrap up tightly.
