Scallop Pasta with Smoky Peruvian Sauce

Ingredients

- β12 scallopsfresh or frozen
- β1/2 cup smoky peruvian sauce
- β1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- β2 tbsp lime juice
- β1 tbsp olive oil
- β1 clove garlicminced
- βto taste salt
- βto taste pepper
Instructions

Cook the pasta according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.

Add the scallops to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes per side until cooked through.

Add the smoky peruvian sauce to the skillet and stir to combine. Bring the sauce to a simmer and cook for 1-2 minutes until heated through.
