- β1 cup, shredded Smoky Cheese
- β1/2 cup Breadcrumbs
- β1/2 cup Chopped Onion

Preheat oil in a deep frying pan to 375Β°F (190Β°C).

In a bowl, mix together roasted cheddar cheese, smoky cheese, breadcrumbs, onion, egg, salt, and black pepper.
