Egyptian Smoked Fish
A classic Egyptian dish that combines smoky flavors with tender fish.
Ingredients

- β1 cup Roasted Red Pepper
- β4-6 pieces Egyptian Flatbread
- β1/2 cup Roasted Garlic Aioli
- β1/4 cup Fresh Cilantro
- β2 tablespoons Lemon Juice
- βto taste Salt and Pepper

Preheat the oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C).

Place the smoked fish on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Bake the fish for 12-15 minutes or until it's cooked through.

While the fish is baking, toast the Egyptian flatbread in the oven for 2-3 minutes or until crispy.

In a small bowl, mix together the roasted garlic aioli and lemon juice.

Once the fish is done, let it cool for a few minutes before flaking it into pieces.

To assemble the dish, place a piece of toasted flatbread on a plate, top with some flaked fish, a spoonful of the garlic aioli mixture, and a sprinkle of cilantro.
