Smoky Roasted Hash with Egyptian Malts
A hearty breakfast dish combining smoky roasted flavor with malty Egyptian notes.

- β1 cup Roasted Hash Brownsstore-bought
- β2 tablespoons Egyptian Malt Vinegar
- β1 teaspoon Malty Mustard Oil
- βto taste Salt and Pepper
- β1/4 cup Fresh Chiveschopped

2. In a large skillet, heat the mustard oil over medium heat.

3. Add the smoked paprika and cook for 1 minute, stirring frequently.

4. Add the roasted hash browns and stir to coat with the spice mixture.

5. Transfer the hash browns to a baking sheet and roast in the oven for 12-15 minutes, or until crispy.

6. In a small bowl, whisk together the Egyptian malt vinegar and a pinch of salt and pepper.
