Smoky Roasted Chicken

Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).

Rinse the chicken and pat dry with paper towels.

In a small bowl, mix together smoky, roasted, ethiopian, salt, and pepper.

Rub the spice mixture all over the chicken, making sure to get some under the skin as well.

Place the chicken in a roasting pan and drizzle with lemon juice.

Roast in the preheated oven for 45-50 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
