Smoky Guava Stir Fry
A flavorful and easy-to-make stir fry dish featuring smoky roasted guava and a variety of vegetables.
Ingredients
- β1 cup Smoky Guava Chutney
- β2 tablespoons Vegetable Oil
- β1 small Onionsliced
- β1 small Red Bell Peppersliced
- β2 medium Carrotspeeled and sliced
- β2 cups Broccoliflorets
- βto taste Salt
- βto taste Pepper

Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.

Add the sliced onion and cook for 3-4 minutes until softened.

Add the sliced red bell pepper and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.

Add the sliced carrots and cook for 4-5 minutes until they start to tenderize.

Add the broccoli florets and cook for 2-3 minutes until they start to soften.
