Silky Chicken Curry
A rich and creamy Indian-inspired curry dish made with tender chicken and silky sauce. Serve over steamed rice or with naan bread for a delicious meal.
Ingredients

- β2 tablespoons roasted curry powderor store-bought curry powder
- β1 can silky coconut milk14 oz
- β1 teaspoon smoky cumin seedsor ground cumin
- β1 teaspoon indian garam masalaor store-bought garam masala
- β2 tablespoons olive oilfor cooking
- β1 medium onionchopped
- β1-inch piece gingergrated
- βto taste salt

Heat oil in a large pan over medium heat.

Add cumin seeds and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.

Add onion and cook until softened, about 3-4 minutes.

Add ginger and cook for another minute.

Add chicken and cook until browned on all sides, about 5-6 minutes.

Add curry powder and garam masala, and cook for 1 minute.
