Smoked Peach BBQ Chicken
A twist on traditional BBQ with smoky roasted chicken and sweet peaches. Perfect for summer gatherings.
Ingredients

- β2 Peachesripe, sliced
- β2 tsp Smoked paprika
- β1 tsp Brown sugar
- β2 tbsp Apple cider vinegar
- β2 tbsp Olive oil
Instructions

Preheat grill to medium-high heat.

Season chicken with smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.

Grill chicken for 5-6 minutes per side, or until cooked through.

Meanwhile, heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.

Add sliced peaches and cook for 2-3 minutes per side, or until caramelized.

In a small bowl, whisk together brown sugar, apple cider vinegar, and a pinch of salt.
