Smoky Tofu Gratin
A comforting, smoky tofu gratin recipe with a roasted flavor profile, perfect for a weeknight dinner.
Ingredients
- β1 block smoky tofudrained and cubed
- β3 cloves roasted garlicminced
- β1 cup uruguayan cheese alternativeshredded
- β1 cup gratinshredded
- β2 tbsp olive oil
- β1 tsp salt
- β1 tsp black pepper

Preheat oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C).

In a baking dish, arrange a layer of grated gratin.

In a separate pan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced roasted garlic and cook for 1 minute.

Add cubed smoky tofu to the pan and cook until golden brown, about 5 minutes.

Season tofu with salt and black pepper to taste.

Arrange cooked tofu on top of the gratin layer.

Sprinkle shredded uruguayan cheese alternative over the tofu.

Repeat the layers one more time, ending with the gratin on top.
