Smoky Russian Millet Bowl
A hearty and flavorful bowl filled with smoky millet, grilled vegetables, and a hint of Russian spices.
Ingredients

- β2 tbsp Olive oilfor grilling
- β1 cup Russian picklessliced
- β1 tsp Smoked paprika
- β1 tsp Grill seasoningsmix of salt, pepper, and garlic powder
- β1 medium Red onion
- β1 medium Bell pepperany color
- βto taste Salt
- βto taste Black pepper
Instructions

Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.

Grill the red onion and bell pepper for 5-7 minutes per side, or until tender.

In a medium saucepan, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat.

Add the millet and cook for 5 minutes, stirring frequently.

Add the smoked paprika, grill seasonings, salt, and pepper to the millet.
