- β2 medium Butternut Squash
- β2 tablespoons Moroccan Spice BlendAvailable at most middle eastern grocery stores

- β1 medium OnionChopped
- β3 cloves GarlicMinced
- β1 teaspoon Salt
- β1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper
- β1/4 cup Fresh CilantroChopped (optional)

Instructions

Heat oil in the bottom of a large tagine or Dutch oven over medium heat.

Add onion and cook until translucent, about 5 minutes.
