- β2 tbsp smoky
- β1 egg shattering
- β1 tsp baking powder polish

In a large bowl, whisk together the wholemeal flour and baking powder.

Add the smoky and shattering to the dry ingredients and mix until well combined.

Gradually add 1 cup of water to the mixture and stir until a smooth batter forms.

Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and drop the batter by 1/4 cupfuls onto the pan.

Cook for 2-3 minutes or until bubbles appear on the surface and the edges start to dry.
