Smoky Lamb Tacos
A flavorful and spicy twist on traditional tacos, featuring tender lamb and a tangy slaw made with silky Ethiopian cabbage.

In a large bowl, combine the lamb, smoky paprika, Ethiopian berbere spice, cumin, salt, and black pepper. Mix well with your hands until just combined.

Grill the lamb patties for 3-4 minutes per side, or until cooked to your desired level of doneness.
